Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at amaar.helpdesk@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Amaar, Kacha Talab mohalla opposite Baba Ganga Ram stadium, Gidderbaha, Punjab, 152101.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order:

Please email us immediately at amaar.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Amaar reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion if we are unable to fulfill them, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation of Pre-orders
Some Amaar products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your product in advance.
Pre-order payments are charged at the time the order is placed to secure your reservation.
You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at amaar.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order number.
After this window, pre-orders cannot be cancelled as we begin preparing your order for shipment.

We will notify you by email if there are any changes to the estimated delivery timeline.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance products. Please select your scents carefully before placing your order.
Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or wrong item), you may be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We’ll confirm this when you contact us for your return request.
